On Thursday 2 June 2016, we will be changing our clinical system from Vision to EMIS.
Patients already signed-up for on-line services
will be able to re-register from Tuesday 7 June 2016 - after 2.30pm
Please bring your proof of ID to Reception and this will be done for you 'on the spot'
We apologise for any inconvenience which may occur
from now until after our 'go live' date on 2 June 2016
and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time
As a result, all Vision on-line services will be suspended for new patients and we will no longer be accepting on-line registrations or electronic prescription requests from new patients from 21 January 2016.
With effect from Thursday 19 May 2016, we will be suspending the registration of any new patients. This will resume on Thursday 2 June 2016 after we have switched to our new clinical system (EMIS). We apologise for any inconvenience.
With effect from 1 April 2016, current patients already using Vision on-line services, will be asked to migrate to a new website called Patients' Services. When logging-on to Vision on-line services, you will be redirected to this new service. This new website is faster and easier to use, and is accessible on your smartphones, tablets and computers.
On-line services will resume after EMIS has gone live for new and current patients.
We apologise for any inconvenience which may occur from now until after our ‘go live’ date on Thursday 2 June 2016 and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
From 31 March 2016, patients will be able to apply for on-line access to view detailed coded information from their medical records and we hope that our clinical software will be ready to support this function in due course. This will be in addition to the current on-line services listed below.
Booking of routine GP appointments
Requesting current repeat medication(s)
Access to information about medications / allergies
